Treading the unconventional path has been a defining theme in Kaushik’s journey. An engineer by training and builder by instinct, he’s passionate about creating products that solve real human problems. Before joining Together, he was a Consumer Product Manager at Urban Company, leading fintech and D2C initiatives for Asia’s largest home services marketplace. Earlier, he was a consultant at Kearney, guiding clients in the QSR and Oil & Gas sectors on cost optimization and operational excellence.
At Together, Kaushik brings a builder’s curiosity and a strategist’s lens — helping founders navigate scale, product-market fit, and everything in between.
Beyond work, Kaushik loves to read and is equally drawn to films and travel, having explored over 15 countries across APAC and Europe. Lately, his free time is split between rock climbing and salsa lessons — a mix of challenge and rhythm that mirrors how he approaches life. His favorite book, The Defining Decade by Meg Jay, continues to shape how he thinks about growth and purpose.
