Sethu is a go-to-market leader with deep operating experience building and scaling revenue engines at high-growth SaaS and fintech companies. Before joining Together, he was VP of Revenue Operations & Strategy at Freshworks, where he led the global RevOps organization and helped scale revenue from $150M to $750M ARR in five years. As part of the GTM Executive Leadership team, he played a key role in Freshworks’ 2021 Nasdaq listing.
Earlier, Sethu built and led the Cross-Sell business at BankBazaar, creating a new revenue engine from scratch and turning it into a scalable growth driver. At Together, he draws on this mix of strategy and execution to help founders design durable, data-driven growth systems from day one.
Outside work, Sethu loves poker, test cricket, and literary fiction. When not in deep thought over a probability calculation, he’s probably at the gym or debating calorie counts. His favorite lines, from Dylan Thomas, echo his own drive: “Do not go gentle into that good night. Rage, rage against the dying of the light.”
