Sethu is a GTM leader with deep operating experience launching and scaling go-to-market engines at category-defining SaaS and fintech startups. Before joining Together, Sethu was VP of Revenue Operations & Strategy at Freshworks, where he led the global RevOps organization. As a part of the GTM Executive Leadership team, Sethu played a key role in scaling Freshworks’ revenue 5x - $150M ARR to $750M ARR - in 5 years and in taking the company public on NASDAQ in 2021 - the first Indian SaaS firm to achieve a public listing in the US.
Before Freshworks, Sethu built and led the Cross-Sell business at BankBazaar, one of India’s leading fintech startups. He built the new revenue engine from the ground up and scaled it into a significant repeatable and scalable growth driver for the firm.
Sethu holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta and a bachelors in engineering from College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University.
